Before you call about a repair
Have these ready and we can usually get you an answer on the first call:
- -The make and model of the machine
- -What you are using it to clean
- -Whether it runs hot water or cold water
- -What the machine is actually doing wrong
Scheduled work vs. an emergency
Scheduled repair is business hours. A machine going down is not.
Bringing a machine in for repair or booking a technician runs on our normal hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:00. If something breaks outside that window and a job is waiting on it, call anyway. We will talk you through troubleshooting it over the phone, even if the bench does not open again until morning. See the full repair and service page for what we work on.
Not ready to buy
A one-off job does not need a purchase.
If you only need a machine for a single project or a seasonal push, ask about renting instead. Day rates and weekly rates are published in full, and hot water rentals go out with a gun, a wand and a fifty foot hose already included.
