An estimate and a price limit before anything comes apart.
This is a full service repair shop, not just a place that fixes what we sold you. Our technicians are factory trained and manufacturer certified, and they work on close to thirty brands, including a good number we do not carry on the showroom floor. Bring a machine to the counter, or call and describe what it is doing.
You get an estimate, a limit and a time frame first.
Before a bolt comes off
You hear what a repair is likely to cost, you set a price limit we will not go past without calling you, and you get a time frame for when the machine comes back. If a technician thinks a smaller fix is the better answer than a full rebuild, we say so instead of running up the bill.
On-site or in-house
Some jobs get looked at where they sit, a generator running a job site, a stationary unit bolted to a wall. Most pump and engine work happens on our own bench, where the parts wall is a few feet away. If a repair is going to take longer than your job can wait, ask about a rental to bridge the gap.
Before you drive over
Scheduled repair is business hours, phone troubleshooting is not.
Scheduled repair work happens Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:00. If a machine goes down outside that window, call anyway. We will walk you through troubleshooting over the phone, even if the bench itself does not open until morning.

What we service
Every brand we sell, plus a dozen more we do not.
This list runs longer than the brands we actually sell, on purpose. A contractor does not always buy from the dealer nearest them, and we would rather fix the machine you already own than sell you a new one you do not need. If your brand is not on this list, call anyway. Most of what did not make it can still go on the bench.

Our technicians are Honda Master Tech certified, and a substantial parts inventory sits behind the counter you see here. When something is not on the shelf, our manufacturer relationships usually get it sourced fast, which is the reason most repairs here take days instead of weeks. Small maintenance jobs, an O-ring, a screen, a pump service, often go faster than a full repair ticket. The maintenance guide covers what you can catch yourself before it becomes a repair bill.

Bought here or bought somewhere else, it does not change how we look at it. Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm for scheduled work, and the phone for everything urgent.
